The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Australian Telco account with NBN support (required)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service delivery
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer management tools
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development

Your Daily Tasks

  • Deliver prompt and accurate support across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including NBN-related concerns
  • Provide clear, effective solutions through written and verbal communication
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of service
  • Manage tickets, documentation, and updates using CRM systems
  • Stay knowledgeable on products, services, and troubleshooting processes
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting priorities and service targets
  • Ensure all interactions and resolutions are properly documented
  • Perform additional tasks as required
